Our HM Forces department is headed by Joanne Sullivan, who has been assisting HM Forces personnel and their family members worldwide since she began practising immigration law in 2002. It is not always clear to those serving in HM Forces which immigration category they or their family members should be applying under due to the complexity of UK immigration law.
